    How do I know if my reservation has been made?

    Once you have completed the booking process and provided that all your details are correct, you will receive an email confirming your booking and payment (for payments made via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card). If you paid by bank transfer, we will send you another email confirming your payment once we have received bank confirmation (please note that bank transfers usually take 1-2 days). If for some reason you have not received any email from us after booking, please check your *spam* folder or let us know as soon as possible.

    How can I pay for the reservation?

    You can pay with Paypal, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer or Mbway (MB is only available for customers of Portuguese, Italian or Spanish banks).

    Is it possible to change my reservation later?

    Yes. If you need to make any changes, such as removing or adding someone to your booking, updating your details or changing the date of your trek, please contact us by phone/WhatsApp or email as soon as possible. We will inform you of any adjustments to the payment and if applicable, it can be paid on the day of the trek.

    Can I pay in cash on the day of the hike?

    Yes, if you wish you can make your reservation by phone/watsaap or email and pay in cash at the time of pickup.

    Does the final price include all taxes and fees?

    Yes. The final price indicated at the time of booking includes all taxes and fees. No additional fees will be charged. Please note, however, that entrance fees to museums, swimming pools and paid tours are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the tour.

    Can I cancel the reservation?

    Yes, you can cancel by phone/WhatsApp or email at least 48 hours before the hike for a refund. Please see Terms and Conditions for more details.

    Was my hike cancelled due to bad weather?

    We take safety very seriously and if there is a red alert issued by local authorities due to adverse weather conditions, for your safety we may have to cancel, change the location of the hike or postpone your hike. In any case, we will offer you another date or a refund.

    Is the pickup at the hotel where we are staying?

    Yes, we will pick you up and drop you off in front of your hotel or apartment at no extra cost anywhere on Madeira Island.

    Is lunch included in the reservation price?

    None of our prices include lunch or drinks.

    Is there anything particular we should bring on hikes?

    We suggest you bring appropriate hiking clothing, suitable hiking boots, walking stick and flashlight and a raincoat for the cold and wind, a hat and sunscreen for the sun, snacks and water.

    Do you have tours for large groups or large families?

    Yes, we do, we can take a maximum of 6 people on our walks.

    Are your tours suitable for children?

    The minimum age for our shared tours is 10 years. We have a seat for children from 6 years old. (Private Tours only).
